::2nd 5 stars that I'm giving out on this Malta trip and Ambrosia thoroughly deserve it. I had a very enjoyable meal here, feasting on a limited menu for boxing day. The 1st main was stuffed quail with veal/chestnut in a port wine reduction. The Maltese has this way of stuffing meat into meat and this combination is subtly gamey but absolutely brilliant and yummy. The other main was also equally good..pan fried seabass in salsa verde. Taste the freshness of the fish with every bite! Coupled with friendly service from the crew and a really nice / cozy ambience... This will make it to my list of secret Maltese restaurant surely!
