  I was travelling in Malta and needed my jiu jitsu fix. The team at Arete were so accommodating and friendly and let me train on their brand new mats during my stay. They have a great new mat space in an easy to find location but above that....they are a great team...excellent coaching and good vibes. I would love to come back and train whenever I am in Malta.

  Had a really good time training there. They are one big family of skilled fighters and competent teachers. Also very friendly to newcomers and visitors!

  Really nice gym and amazing people. had the chance to visit twice during my vacation and would really recommend!!! Everyone really made me feel welcome. I did a Fundamentals class which was very technical and Tim really put attention to details. Hope to come back again!

  I have spent two weeks training with Arete guys during my holiday in Malta. This is a great club with outstanding instructors who have managed to develop distinct teaching methods. There is fantastic atmoshpere within the club, which gathered members from all over the world. I was pleased to spend time with them on and off the mats. Club is developing in a high pace and instructors have confirmed their ambitious plans to transform it to the best academy in the island by moving to the new place in the following months. Once again massive thanks for giving me an opportunity to train and good luck in future. I am really looking forward to visit the new academy in future.
