  Bought a 49inch LG TV, had good service while I bought the TV, but the customer service representative on the phone had no clue how to help with software issues, anyway they sent a representative to fix the issue which was a big bonus. Sad part is the employee could have just instructed me over the phone and it would have been done the same day. I must say they have some really good deals!!!

  Poorly qualified staff, they don't even know what they sell and often let you idle for 15 mins. Worst Electronics store experience ever. Seriously need to scale up customer service!

  We bought a cooker from here and we are satisfied. The sales staff were all very helpful, however I feel they need more training on the products they are selling. We asked for an electric hob and the salesman was showing us gas hobs. He could not tell the difference! The manager was more helpful and showed us the hobs.
