  Sea view room was amazing, staff were constantly busy but always took the time to listen and help you. The whole Hotel was spotless. If we ever manage to get back to Malta we will definately be staying here again, can't recommend it highly enough.

  I emailed the hotel after booking through a third party and asked the hotel direct if I could upgrade the room to sea view for my partners birthday. The manager responded to the email right away and said they would do their best to make this happen and to check the day before if they had managed to do this.The hotel staff kindly did this for us free of charge. They also made the effort to put a cake made from the towels on the bed with a balloon and decoration which was a really nice touch. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel over all really clean. The spa were amazing! Definitely worth a visit! We didn't use the indoor gym or pool but the outdoor pool really nice and clean. We only came for 3 days so we didn't really eat in the hotel but on the one occasion that we did the food were very nice. My partner is very picky about where she stays but she were really happy with my choice and said she would love to go back to the hotel. The only reason I haven't given the hotel a 5 star reviewing is because of the dining room - this could do with a freshen up but this really is me being picky. Overall a really lovely stay and we couldn't thank the staff more!

  Amazing sized, clean family apartment. Friendly and outstandingly helpful staff. Beautiful reception area. Gym well used by wife. Great spa facilities although we didnt use them. Plenty of sun loungers by the salt water outdoor pool (don't mind salty sea but didn't like salty pool). Ideal location for town and sea. No children's clubs/facilities and entertainment. Evening entertainment not suitable for families with young children.

  Been there twice for a day by the pool and lunch. Food was good. Main pool was very warm on both occasions. Toilets and premises were kept clean at all times. Nice place and location escpecially for families with young children.

  Loads of works going on around the place (noise and mess) and it sure has seen better days as a hotel / timeshare complex. The rooms were okay, but were dated / had seen better days. The upgrade to a sea view really was not worth the effort as 90% of the view was the back of another building. The place was clean though. The staff were on the friendly side of stern / not very welcoming at all, but they were helpful if asked anything. The food in the restaurant was good and good value, but too large portions and the staff did not seem to care there either. Not the worst place that I have ever stayed, but I would not go back.
