  Massive queue and a lady with a young toddler obviously desperately for a wee.. The mother goes up to one of the ladies on the desk and asks if her daughter could use the toilet.. only to be told they have no toilets!! YEAH RIGHT ! Of course you have toilets or do you all pee in a pot behind your desks?? The real issue is that you have toilets which only the staff are allowed to use, which considering how much money you make from the general public is a total disgrace. That poor girl looked like she was about to burst. Very cruel!
