  Horrible. I wanted to change a large Euro note into smaller ones and was told they don't do that unless you have an account with them. They refused to suggest anywhere where I might be able to change it and were hostile as soon as I asked.

  Unbelivable slow service, usually there a queue before they even open the bank, so it is suppose to have moee than a one cashier. 30min approx every time

  Their online banking is from the 90's, customer service is almost always unresponsive and their fees are quite high. In my humble opinion, there is no reason to bank with BOV. There are much better options available.

  I been visit this place many times. The customer service is always unpolite. Doesn't matter how many people are waiting only one cashier working and the others talking and doing nothing. I always had to wait minimum 1 hour. Super slow work plus poor English level. The worst bank service whatever I seen in my life.
