  Reception desk very rude ... food is OK, rooms are quite old but big. Area is not the best one but close to the bus stop

  We stayed 4 nights in Bella Vista, our room was tidy, food was alright, music/entertainment every evening.This is popular place for people over 50 years old.There is no car park but it's not a problem to park on street opposite the hotel.We didn't pay much for a stay, we have read that some work is going on next to this hotel but didn't bother about it.we were up early anyway and out of the hotel for all day. Bella Vista is a 4* hotel but seems like 3* and you can't expect more than that so cheap. For me the worst was indoor swimming pool, not very clean place and dirty/yellow water in jacuzzi. There are two small shops near to this hotel and the park opposite.To all shops and restaurants is about 10 min by walk. Bus stop is very close to the hotel so it's easy to travel even without car.

  This tired hotel needs a good revamp. No way is it a 4 star hotel and I doubt it ever has been. That said, it is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever seen, and a credit to the cleaning staff! Just a pity that the catering was not as good, in fact it was pretty awful. So little choice from day to day, every breakfast the same, the only difference being in how hot or cold the same meal was. True, there were building works next door to the main building, but one cannot blame the hotel for that. I do blame the hotel for poor organisation though, and would rectify that with new management. One can argue that it is what you can expect for the price, and that may well be true, but we think that income could be better spent on improving the hotel. Sorry, but we wont be back.

  The food was disgraceful no selection could of been better especially the breakfast had no choice every single day hot dogs egg and toast or cereal but my partner is lactose intolerant and also a veggie. The food was the same every single day and not much variety it was just meat and potato on the menu, we ate out more than in the hotel. We was interested in the sauna first it was €3.50 for 1 hour then in the Bella vista book it was suddenly €11 so the confusion put us off. The staff didn't have a clue what we were entitled to on the all inclusive wrist band, we arrived on the Monday and only by Friday found out what snacks we was entitled to. The rooms were fine all in all the maids excellent and polite, hotel was clean except the swimming pool was all grimy round edges with "clean me" wrote around the pool. it is only Feb but the hotel was quite busy and it was frustrating with only two small lifts we have stayed at hotels smaller than this with more lifts and better food variety.

  Customer service was excellent. The buffet was pretty good. It didn't even become tedious after a 9 day stay. The rooms weren't as good, not very eco either. They were changing towels every day even if they weren't dirty. Relocating items in the room as well, sure made me panic several times. Popped us on the first floor where the magnificent view of a wall could have been enjoyed. The reason I would give 4 stars is mainly because the conference rooms and the whole atmosphere of the place are truly amazing! We were on a training course and the hotel didn't restrict or limit us one bit while the conferences were kept in perfect conditions.
