  Bellissimo b&b, camere confortevoli, letti comodi, bagno nuovissimo (avevamo la ciambella del wc rotta però) televisione con canali internazionali e WiFi perfettamente funzionante. Purtroppo però la suite 4 non e' per niente insonorizzata ed addirittura se si fa la doccia dalla camera superiore si sente tutto come se fosse aperta l'acqua nella doccia della propria camera. Dimenticatevi le magnifiche torte che si vedono nei vari siti ed i croissants che forse venivano utilizzati precedentemente. la colazione consiste in muffin decongelati al cioccolato o alla marmellata, pane bianco o ai cereali del tipo industriale da accompagnare a formaggio e salame (lunedì c'era anche il prosciutto cotto), un giorno su tre cornetti mignon salati, anche questi decongelati. Succhi di frutta industriali. Yogurt e cereali. Per me nessun problema ma la persona che mi accompagnava ha avuto difficoltà perché mangia solo dolce e quindi muffin o nulla. Diciamo che almeno la domenica ci aspettavamo un cambio di varietà. La persona che ci ha accolto alla reception è stata un po' distaccata (non e' per la lingua perché parlo inglese) alla richiesta di informazioni su ristoranti o luoghi da visitare (abbiamo chiesto info su hagar qim, e non sapeva di cosa parlavamo) non ha saputo aiutarci molto. Nessuna brochure o cartine alla reception. Questo penalizza un po' l'organizzazione della struttura. Posizione tranquilla, rapporto qualità prezzo, considerando la bassa stagione, inadeguato.

  Great location. Good price for the size of the room. Lovely muffins and decent cappuccino available for breakfast.

  Ok from what to start. Booking a property at a higher range in a city next come to mind: clean, quiet, charm , hospitable, relaxing. Hmm Not a reality here. Its a 8 room apartment, converted into kind of a hotel. Recently as they said about one year ago renovated (created) But making renovation - not equal to be a boutique hospitality service provider. First floor rooms dark not enough natural and even electrical light. Don't have enough natural ventilation. The room n3 is smaller in size and you barely could place two suitecases and walk inside. The shower switch is broken and the water flow always! Switch to an upper head that is extremely inconvinient. The water goes to the room through glass wall since something wrong with instalation. Water also goes underneath of ceramic floor and stuck there (thats why its a but dumpy inside, you could feel it comeback from the outside) Breakfast is to say not that exciting, what is more all guests share same table in a small room and even butter provided in a piece on a plate from which everyone take it with their already used spoons and forks (unhygienic at best) The attitude of the receptionist is a main drawback. Upon arrival she had a conversation with other guests who just arrived as well and complain to them that she need to do all herself without a day of and so on. Lady we coming here to have a rest and not to listen complains. All request going through theeth seems like she is not working there and just doing a favour to us and other guests. We are a very frequent travellers spending around 150 days abroad a year. Well this place don't catch up to come back there, but Sliema it self is wonderfull.

  brand new 8 rooms boutique hotel. It does offer comfort and quality. Breakfast includes small excellent pastries done by the owner. Good location in Sliema in the middle of the movida. The only notice is that rooms on the ground floor have small access to the daylight.
