  I am really disappointed by Bortex. I had bought my wedding dress two months ago, the experience was OK so I decided to go back there to rent a suit for my father in law. I was assisted by a very rude retail assistant who told me that it was impossible to rent a plain suit for some really weird reasons. I tried to insist pointing at the suits in front of me and she kept on saying that it was not possible to rent anything. I will never go back again. I regret buying my suits there. Really disappointing.
