  Fun games. Does say 2.5% cost on top of deposit but is actually 25%! Every £10 deposited costs £12.50 in total. Saying that, win ratio is good. I also don't understand the negative comments about withdrawals. No problems at all there, very speedy. Will post if that changes.

  Treat loyal customers like scum. Utterly terrible customer service and they do not care. Just go somewhere else to play your hard earned money because these punks do not deserve your custom. I was accused of having multiple account and I can honestly say I never even thought it was possible. They just copied and pasted answers into chat and wouldn't listen to me, they then kicked me out of chat and locked my account. I am fully verified and never put a foot wrong. Would give 0/5 but cant. STAY AWAY!

  A great and very different online casino! They've got hundreds of games, but that's where the similarities with other casinos end. On Casumo you level up, get freebies on the way, customer support is happy to chat about whatever and the overall ambiance is just happier than elsewhere. I like!
