  Cleaner turned up without any clean equipment expecting me to have it ready for her. Cleaner very rude and could hardly speak english. When I said i didnt have any cleaning equipment, she said she was leaving. I had to talk to several other people over the phone that barely spoke english either to get the cleaning equipment. It took an hour to get it and they even had the audacity to charge me for the hours wait. Maybe ask people if they need cleaning equipment if you dont provide it. Horrible company and wont be using again.
