  A joke as always. Our bell works and we have a huge knocker on the door so I assure you that if you did try to attempt delivery, we would have heard and opened. The courier did not make the rounds and hence marked as no one home... typical. Please note I paid for express delivery. Not worth it. Frankly if certain websites offered postage other than DHL I would never use it.

  Pathetic - typical of the standard of service you get more often than not in Malta. Had to give one star as would not allow zero. Parcel arrived in Malta 12 days ago - Had to track and chase. No comprehension of customer service. I would advise using a private courier if shipping from UK.

  I don’t know what it is about shipping companies in Malta. They mostly all disappoint. I work from home, the buzzer 100% works, but somehow they apparently attempted delivery. No, they did not. I am certain that the driver did not want to come to my town and marked it no one home. A common trend with delivery companies. They did not call even though I confirmed they have my number. Unfortunately, like many companies here, they don’t care about customer service and negative reviews.

  I do hope that someone from DHL in Europe will get familiar DHL Malta's reputation and consider a change in the organization. It's all a big mess. Phone calls are not being answered and the representatives don't seem to care about the clients. The on demand service is not working either. I will consider Aramex or the national post in the future. This is not working at all. Avoid at any cost.

  DHL Malta is a joke. Incompetency, starting from Managers to employees. They delivered my parcel to the WRONG address. They never tried to call me, even though my phone number was clearly visible on the box. I was lucky that the person called me when she realized that the parcel was not for her. I have another parcel that is not delivered and I know nothing about it. Tried to call for more than 1 hour and of course nobody answered. Incompetence!!! At least I've reached DHL Germany via the shop from where I bought what I need. An official investigation will be launched.
