  Eddie's is located in the center of Valletta. Therefor we wanted to give it a chance - that was a huge mistake. I have never seen such unmotivated waiters before - no greetings, no service, just nothing. They were standing in the corner and ignored us. The menu was super sticky and the atmosphere inside was also unpleasend. The waiters kept on ignoring us - luckily - and we left and had our dinner in one of the many small and welcoming restaurants, with delicious food.

  Ordered bacon, egg and chips without the accompanying salad. Asked if would like sausages instead! Big helpings of all. Recommended. However, it has 2 entrances almost side by side but obscured from each other. The fun was watching folk try to get in a locked double door which felt like it was just stuck....and many more trying to get out! A simple sign with arrow would suffice but remove the fun!

  Less expensive than Caffe Cordina, situated in the same piazza, but way less refined. Food is ok, service is good and speedy and serving waiter was very cordial. On the whole, good value for money.

  Situated in a very favourable square in Valletta. Prices are fair and the food is good. Staff are ok. On certain nights they have live music. The only thing I dont like is their restroom which is not accessible to pushchairs and is below street level however that won't stop me from revisiting as it is a very good place to eat either alone, with family or friends or in groups.

  Been coming here for decades and it never lets us down. Quality and value if you are patient. The waiters try their best but its rightly popular.
