  I had a terrible experience with executive booking Office, and it seems like I'm not the first, and I hope people will think twice after Reading this. I needed a taxi early in the morning to catch a ferry to Italy , the taxi was supposed to come within a certain time, but I was left in the street, and after over 20min waiting I had no choice but to pay another taxi. When I came back from Italy I decided to go to the Office. I thought this was about a misunderstanding and that they would refund the money. When I entered I told the personal (a young man) about my expérience, and he answered aggressively that this was not his problem and that I should have called them, and that they were just a little late (they had my number, but they never called to tell me that they would be late or anything ) . I was also blamed for being a lier because I told him I was waiting at the meetingpoint. The man also invented a story to justify me being wrong, about à man that had seen me enter an other "red" taxi, this story was absurd and justifying nothing. The worst part was when I was about to leave, I had my bags in the enternece of the building and I was about take a picture when the man pulled the heaviest of my bags on me, so I lost the balance and almost fell down. Luckily I was surrounded by other tourists that saw the scene and helped me up. To resume: I would not recommend executive booking service.

  Keurig op tijd, een goede prijs en heel vriendelijk. Afspraak is afspraak werd gezegd door het kantoor. En dat kwamen ze ook na. Als we weer in Malta komen kiezen we weer voor deze firma.

  DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THIS PLACE!!! This place is a total scam, they will promise you bookings and reservations and anything you need. They will take your money and leave you hanging without the cab or whatever you booked. I imagine the law in Malta is relaxed otherwise these scammers would certainly be out of business. AVOID!
