  Very unprofessional and not to be trusted. My boyfriend ordered a bouquet of flowers together with a balloon for Valentine's Day. Needless to say neither the balloon nor the flowers were delivered. We tried emailing them and calling them but it seems they are ignoring us. We expect an explanation as to why no delivery was made together with a full refund. Further to the above review, I then went personally to the shop to clarify the situation. A refund was given together with a bouquet of 12 roses. Thank you.

  AVOID and not to be trusted. Sent flowers and a balloon from abroad but the balloon did not arrive. I messaged them and it took two weeks to reply, but mysteriously this was only when I suggested to contact trading standards and they magically found the email. They asked to ring me to explain the situation and when I refused to give my personal phone number, to which Alex (the customer service representative) said I should go ahead and contact trading standard. They put a sarcastic emoticon at the end of the email which was ridiculous. Basically they didn't give the refund in the end. They said they were going to ring me to offer free flowers and a balloon. I responded via email saying to send these to my friend and they never did. This company stole my money. They are a vindictive and rude group of people who only care about getting money and have zero interpersonal skills. I would never ever use again and strongly suggest others not to.

  I tried a lot of Flower Companies in the past years, some were good, others were sufficient, but no company will be as superb as these guys are! Had flowers delivered to my Friend for her birthday and they were stunning. Other than that they did not find her at home on that day, of course it is not their fault but they still went to 3 different addresses till at last they delivered the flowers directly to her. They try their absolute best to make the customer happy and satisfied.

  Been using this service for years now and was never disappointed. Awesome 1st class service. Wonderful Flowers and with really good prices. Thumbs up!

  Lovely Bouquets! Sent one to my Mother in law in Malta during her visit and they were absolutely beautiful. Paid easily through the website, and they were actually much more than what I expected!! Highly recommend and will surely order again in the near future. Clara.
