  A truly imponent compound. Scenic outpost featuring countryside views. From terraced fields, the Madliena bridge, an in the distance, views of the sister island, Gozo.

  Served here in the 60's a wonderful place that is situated on a magnificent island inhabited by fantastic friendly people who still have a significant place in my memory.

  The fort is home to St Johns Rescue Unit. Many tunnels abd great history built by the English as part of the defences. Part of the Victoria lines defence wall that crosses Malta. Unfortunately the place needs some serious repairs
