I addressed to this company for the first time to buy a flat at Savoy Gardens, and then for its sale. In the latter case, they wanted to decrease the price for my flat in order for themselves to buy it. Sale was not going until I put an advert in a window. The process of sale was connected with rudeness, dishonesty, threats and so on. Don't address to this company. Reply to Vlad: For me, communication with you is a passed stage of life. I hate to remember talking to your boss, who was more than impolite. For other potential investors, I’ll explain that you need to read the contract of sale very carefully if you buy it in a complex such as Tigne Point or Savoy Gardens. Frank Salt first says that you buy an apartment in your own possession, then it says you buy it “for ownership” for 200 years, and even later at the signing of the contract, the notary announces that out of 200 years almost 100 have already passed since this term is calculated from 1933 year. Thus, you invest not in property, but in rent. The contract doesn’t contain an explanation of what will happen after 2133 year. The notary told me that "they have the right to throw your great-grandchildren out into the street (!!!)." In addition, you cannot change the management company, since it is assigned by the real owner of the complex. Communal payments are unlimited and grow at a cosmic pace. While I owned an apartment for 3 years, the management company's fee grew by 2.5 times. Why such an inflation? Yes, and until I forget, the company says that having paid ground rent of 20 years you become the owner. Don’t believe it, this is an absolute untruth. I was told by my notary that this cannot be done and this will not make you a true land owner. Also an insignificant payment for ground rent will still remain. In short – if you want to protect yourself and your descendants – buy only a real freehold property and don’t believe Frank Sold, find an independent lawyer, although it is a problem in Malta.
