  Dealt with employees from the Valletta branch. Horrible services when it comes to claims. Was ignored most of the time when sending emails and was sent from person to person when calling. In the end the claim was settled against me after two and a half months of waiting with an inspection by an incompetent surveyor that blatantly lied in his report against the police's word even when it was evident that I was not at fault.
