  Booking was quick and easy and the price was reasonable. However, the driver we had was awful. First of all, when loading our bags onto the car, he banged my partner's suitcase on the side of the car so hard that he broke the handle. He then drove extremely quickly and recklessly to the airport (he basically completed a 55 minute trip in 40 minutes!). He kept overtaking other cars, driving extremely close to the car in front and putting our safety in danger. When I asked him to slow down he dismissed me, saying that there is no need as there is 'a lot of space on the road'. This was the most stressful taxi ride I've ever had, I would never use them again.

  Very unreliable company. You are warned: do not use it! HiCabs confirmed our appointment by mail, the day before. The next day, 10 minutes before the agreed time, the driver of HiCabs called me and asked me to wait outside. 40 minutes later, I was still waiting outside, but no taxi showed up. HiCabs does not even answer the phone. Through this, I almost missed my airplane. Fortunately another taxi-company (ecab) was able to arrive just in time (2 minutes spare). I will never use the 'service' of HiCabs again.

  Wszystko przebiegło sprawnie, kierowca był na czas, wcześniej podał cenę przejazdu. Polecam!

  We had booked an airport transfer (an estate car with a baby car seat which comes with a EUR 5 charge), when the taxi came it was a standard car and the driver had to squash the luggages and the stroller so that all will fit, also the car seat wasn't installed and had to hold the car seat with my hands during the ride! Charge EUR 24 (EUR 19 + EUR 5) We had already booked the airport transfer going back home. driver was at the airport with the name on display and there was a van waiting for us BUT no car seat was offered (which was already booked) . Then to finish with the cherry on the cake the driver charged me EUR 28 for the same trip going back and without the car seat. When I confronted the driver he said that it was his order and showed me his phone with my name and the stated price. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND CONFUSED WITH THIS SERVICE/EXPERIENCE!!!! WILL NOT USE AGAIN!
