  Variety of food as for a bar, tasty and healthy. Outstanding view from the terrace. Really enjoyed the visit.

  Always loved this place. Nice selection of cocktails and food menu is good. Reservation in the weekend recommended

  We decided to go to this restaurant because of its amazing location. But the service was beyond terrible. Such a disappointing experience. The waiter had no motivation at all to show some friendly behaviour. Questions regarding the menu were answered in a very ignorant way. If I as a customer cannot ask questions about your food, what's the point then? Why do you behave like you are trying to chase the customers away? We were 5 people and had received 4 drinks menus and 1 food menu, although we had asked only for the food menu in the beginning. So then, we kindly asked for more food menus. No joke, the waiter said 'You've got one that's enough.' Why so bitter? Main shocking behaviour: One of the friends asked whether the burger she wants comes with cheese and the waiter nodded and said YES. When she received the burger there was no cheese. To her question why the waiter said yes when in real there is no cheese included, he LIED and said that she didn't ask such a question. WOW! We confronted him with his lie and he continued to try to deceive us by saying he doesn't remember that question. First you said she didn't ask that question and when we confronted you, you decided to lie again by acting like you don't remember the question. Waiters are also human beings - nobody is perfect. I'm not saying that the waiter needs to be punished for a mistake. But instead of looking into the customers' faces and lying, an apology would had been enough. 'Sorry, I must have misunderstood you./ Sorry, I will get it with cheese now./ Sorry, I thought it comes with cheese.', would had been more than enough. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Being lied to was not one of the things we had ordered from the menu.

  Some of the Hugo’s bars look a little tacky but the terrace is actually quite nice - good range of cocktails about €7-9 and great music
