  Person on the counter was giving me wrong information. My touch ic needed to be changed but she was telling me to change the whole screen without even having a look at it

  ICentre said that my iphone has no warranty when in fact it does. After further search in their system, they said oh yes it does. They don't know how to read their computer monitor or they try and hustle for you to pay on a device that's under warranty. My only regret is leaving a 1 star, they don't even deserve that. Go overseas and have your Apple products fixed there. They also hang up the phone on you when you call to see if your phone has arrived. Totally unprofessional
