  Very famous restaurant in Sliema, located on the main street a bit hidden from the other shops...The decoration is not wonderful but reminded me of old Maltese "BAR" type of resturant. The prices are fine although a bit expensive for my taste, as the food was not very good or tasty. The "rabbit" was very ordinary. I would not recommend this restaurant for True Maltese Cuisine, as there are other much better and more beautiful options out there.

  A bit hidden from the main street, but that is a good thing. The food was very good, especially the fresh fish. The date filled battered desert with ice cream was excellent. A very cozy place, but with a welcoming atmosphere.

  Went there 2 times as part of our weeklong trip to Malta. The Maltese starter plate is incredible, gathers multiple entrees in a single dish that's appropriate for 2 diners. We had 2 remarkable pasta dishes, Maltese rabbit stew and lamb shanks. Everything was excellent the first time, hence we decided to do a second trip there. Staff takes good care of you and is very friendly. If you are near Sliema don't miss this place.

  Superb octopus casserole, excellent rabbit stew. Portions so generous you cannot move afterwards. Really enjoyable meal. And good Maltese wine. We will definitely be back.

  Excellent. Cozy, friendly, great service. Local cusine. We had the sea bream and the rabbit. Both super. Nice selection of Maltese wines plus imports. Small, only 9 tables so book ahead if possible. We walked in at 7:30 on a Monday and got lucky to have a table. Chocolate lava cake was great. €70 incl shared starter, 2 mains, dessert, coffee, wine, and water. More than we normally spend but worth it.
