  I am giving 2 stars not none just because it is not fair for Veronica who is really good in her job and hard working. The rest of the business is just a disgrace. Order all the furnishings from Immagine Casa (Bedroom, Living, Kitchin Dining) and the day before we had to receive the shipment for installation we called to see if everything was fine and they told us that the furniture was still in the cargo not unloaded so made another appointment for the following week. The day of the delivery they ask for the money right after delivering the furniture in boxes, and half way through the installation of the kitchen we realise that they forgot the table and the chairs. I had to make 3 phone calls because they did not want to deliver the remaining shipment the same day even though I had already made the full payment. Please note that whenever they say that they will call back they never do. When installing the kitchen we realised that the suppliers ordered the wrong doors of one of the cabinet and the handles of the kitchen were not the one we choose in the beginning. (Please note that we decided not to complain about the handles of the whole kitchen as the original ones we order could not fit the fitting of the kitchen.) As well one of the door hinges arrived broken so he could not install a cabinet door in the kitchen. Mistakes happen right and we had to contact Immagine Casa so they could make another order in Italy and wait for an extra 2 to 3 weeks for the mentioned parts to arrive. Today they informed us that the doors arrived however the hinges of the other cabinet did not arrive. We have missed more than a month of renting out our house because of the incompatibility of whoever is responsible without mentioning names. Personally I never ever complained to anyone or anything, when I don't like a place I just don't go there anymore however I know that a lot of you out there are excited to furnish your apartment for a rental investment just like me or to live in I think you should know what you are getting into if you order from Immagine Casa. One good tip if you still want to order from this place. Make sure you make it very clear to them that you will pay only when the installation has been done and you are sure that every single bit of the furniture that you have ordered has arrived and is fitted correctly.
