  Had to post this as a fair warning to all potential buyers@ I had purchased a suit months ago on the purpose that it was to be used for a reputable school( ITS) for attendance. The school boldly advertised the store as the "official" supplier of uniforms for it. With money straight of the pocket burnt for buying an "official" uniform, a full payment/ deposit was taken to form an order for the uniforms. When the order was made, it was promised that certain pieces of the uniform were to be fitted to my size. This came to be false, as the received items( factory produced pieces with no customization and false size specifications) were ill fitted. The "slimfit" blazer (36R) that was meant to fit me as a slimfit size, was altered to its limitations yet it was impossible to edit out the fact it was too large for me. The alterations made were also at an extra charge which were later refunded after specifying my dissatisfaction with the product. Safe to say I was not refunded for the rest and was left with a suit that looks out of shape on a smaller sized person. Beware of the no refund policy on any of their items that when altered( without informingthe customer) no refunds will be issued, even if the product is not what the client asked for ( as the sales attendant had falsely stated that the suit ordered would be fitted accordingly which is why I ordered anyway in the first place). In the end, I am the unhappy owner of a suit collecting dust after only being refunded for the alteration but denied a refund through consumer authority. In conclusion, the team was difficult to reason with and came up with store policies from nowhere just to make sure they have made a buck off a student. Upon reflection of the product, the quality of the mentioned suit( Cadenza) is cheap and no advertising campaign can shadow the fact that students from a supposedly reputable school had to purchase such an expensive suit on a student budget , with some spending easily 300-400 euros. Definitely not a student friendly establishment.
