::Super. Absolutely super. Definitely the best coffee I've had in Malta, possibly the best coffees I've ever had, anywhere. I love Kefa because it is one of the few places where it is pretty obvious that the people there do what they do because they love coffee. I live that I can go in and just let them choose the best coffee for me on the day, then they'll talk you through the palate, the provenance and the methods used for preparing it. It really makes it possible to treat drinking coffee as an art.
