  You must visit the citadel, if only for the views across Gozo. There are some interesting museums in the grounds of the citadel and the grain silos are a must {if not just for the acoustics}

  Wow! Did not expect such a huge complex of ancient walls and buildings... nicely kept and definitely worth a visit, the views are great. Arrive early to avoid the crowds and heat.

  Must be seen. This historical place is offers a lot of wonderful views and it's worth a visit.

  Cultural site with great views of the island and interesting history. Truly enjoyed my visit here. It's free to visit which is major plus and you could easily spend hours there if you wanted to. There is a lot to see and do including a beautiful cathedral, museums (you have to pay) and if you are able to walk to the top you will be able to take some amazing photos with a 360 degree viewing access to the island. There is parking available on site (for €1.50 I think), toilets and a cafe. All in all an excellent place to visit with something for everyone.

  A stunning and architecturally beautiful church within the Cittadella. Great to admire and take photos of and also peek inside after you’ve bought the ticket. On the day we went, there was a funeral taking place so we decided not to go inside and disturb those inside. It is very photogenic in the sunlight.
