  I've tried some different yoga classes in Malta and one of the things that I think Lisa is really good at is to help me improve on my technique by helping out and adjusting me when I do the asanas. Great classes!

  Love love love Lisa's approach to yoga. She's super professional, carefully crafting her classes so you really explore all aspects, asanas, pranayama techniques, meditation and more. She blends a range of asana practices and carefully considers your level, the energies around, the weather, environment and the space when delivering her classes. Plus, that voice is dreamy :)

  I was not a huge yoga fan from the beginning but after a few visits to LahLah Yoga Malta I am convinced that I will become a yogi one day. Already booked my first trip to India. Namaste!
