  This is Surprice Malta Airport. A scam firm. When leaving the car, they told us there is a new scrach in the car and showed a photo on IPad with no scrach. Luckily I had taken a photo with my phone on pick up so the guy gave up. Be very careful with them, take lots of photos! Also the car was horrible old, tires lacked tire pressure and windcreen wipers were in awulf condition.

  Worst car hire experience with SurPrice. They take forever to check the car out upon return trying to find a tiniest scratch to charge you and get some money. In addition, they are extremely slow and inefficient. Not sure how they are still in business. Don’t waste time with them. (In case you guys say this is not you, then contact Google and ask them to give you the right name in the maps).

  Never ever book your car at SurPrice! This agency works unprofessional and they try to fool you. We booked our car at Malta Airport. The car was full of damages. They said we can take some photos but the car had too much scratches to document by photos. The car was technically in a very bad condition. The tires were run-down and the control light was on. The car had a distorted steering. Furthermore the wipers were worn-out. The seats were dirty and stained. After we brought back the car they said there was a new scratch. They showed us a table of prices for damages we have never seen before. For a little scratch 250 Euro plus 60 Euro Administration Fee, plus 48 Euro Loss Of Use Fee..? This agency is an absolute joke, don't book by this agency!!!

  Bad choice! I do not recommend. The car delivered damaged, the price is much higher than in the booking. Added fuel cost, very high additional insurance price - no information available before! The next time I had another rental, a large car and lower insurance! In maltafirstcarhire Total 250% booking price.
