  After waiting 40 years for a suitable premises to practice judo in Malta, Our President Mr. Envic Galea decided to apply for government funds through a Foundation set up by him and his daughter instead of the Malta Judo Federation of which he is also President for the past halve century.... :( Why not through the Federation??
