  Great customer service at the office..........but the telephone seems a big problem...tried to phone for a whole day between 7:30 and 16:00 during weekdays and no one answers the imbierek telephone!!!!!! Only an answering machine li ttellalek in nervi!!!!

  Malta Post itself is not bad. But the post couriers they have more or less the most incompetent arround.

  The Customs Desk closes at 4pm. But Maltapost does not inform customers about this. According to their employee sitting quietly behind the service window, Maltapost and Customs have "nothing to do with each other"!

  Was there in the early morning to track a shipment. The partner guided me to a parking space and the personnel inside was very helpful and friendly. They took a lot of time to help me and finally we found the parcel which was no with them, but with DHL (I was not aware of this). They showed me independent international sites where I can do the research myself next time. All in all a very good experience. Minus 1 star, because of the limited parking space at the location
