  Spend a lot of money and found them of poor service , missing items only found out after because we ordered a lot of Ikea multiple boxes , no help from them . I ordered the remainder from sicilymalta shopping much more personalised service

  Used to get some items from Ikea. Good service, they offer also delivery for a small fee. What I liked best is that the ordering process is fully automated through their website.

  Worst service ever. Cannot deliver my order for 2 months, this is after ordering 3 times from them for over 6000 EUR. Refuns is by check over mail ... site works badly, goes down frequently and is of low quality(register link sends to youtube). You tell them to cancel part of order, they cancel the whole order. Delivery is whenever they feel like it, not when you need it. They deliver in small installments and cannot store your goods on their warehouse, while they get the whole order from IKEA. Stay away from them!!!! I can't imagine how this can be any worse, maybe only if they stole the money alltogether. Now thay say I am abusive of them by sending them many angry emails. I have to buy the rest of the order from Malta for higher price, not rent out the place, get a loan and wait 3 weeks for them to return the money by cheque after sending it to them by bank. They are our of control and don't care about their clients at all.
