  Dr James Grech is without doubt the best notary out there. All l can say is that from the first day I encountered his website and became aware of his services till the final date of the signing of the deed, Dr Grech assisted me and provided to me the best help one can imagine (through presentations, discussions, telephone conversations and many many emails). We encountered a lot of hassle during the promise of sale. Only thanks to his continuous feedback I am now the owner of my house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
