  In the early Monday morning no one responds to the customer calls, tried every option on the menu just to get an answer but no luck. Short working hours, lines of people, slow service ,uneducated and grumpy staff. If I could give them zero stars my review would have been more accurate. :)

  Doors open (January) and of course no heating inside. Second power cut now is over 15 minutes and nobody knows how long will it take. It's already slow enough process here and now complete disaster. How can tax office in the European country with booming economy experience problems from a third world countries.

  Inland revenue department, block 4 it's a bit difficult to find since the entrance is not on the main road. There is a ticketing system, it's working quite fast, the staff was helpful.

  it is a disgrace , tried calling and i was kept on hold for more than 10 Mins
