  Food was good, but not great. The restaurant itself wins more points. The view from my table was great and over looking the water and Three Cities. Restaurant is small and intimate, sitting maybe 20-25pp. I would suggest having drinks here on the terrace when the weather is warmer and eat somewhere else. So many great restaurants within walking distance.

  I'll start by saying the food here is actually quite nice, the menu is well thought out and provides some delicious options, we were here for dinner. The issue here comes with the service, for one we waited at the front area for 5-10 minutes to be seated as there seemed to just be no staff. Upon being seated we waited for our main courses for over an hour and a half (even though there were only 6 other sets of diners), it was really just unacceptable. We were also never asked if the food was ok, or were never offered if we wanted more drinks, it completely ruined the experience of what was actually tasty food, got to say i cannot recommend this place.

  We went here for their Valentine's Day set menu. Had to pay 60€ upfront to cover it. I didn't find the service all that friendly. They warmed up eventually but found them slightly cold to begin with. The upstairs lacked atmosphere but the view was lovely. The food on the whole was tasty and well out together. Would have liked to see more of a variety of drinks.

  The Panorama Restaurant is a delightful restaurant with very polite and cordial staff. I visited this place for lunch and sat in the balcony. The view of the Grand Harbour and Fort St Angelo was exceptional and so was the food. Fantastic for lunch time and also in the evening when the Fort and its adjacent neighbourhood are well illuminated. Good selection of dishes and prices are reasonable. A delightful place in a newly refurbished two star hotel; with a restaurant which deserves five stars.

  Just had a amazing meal at Panorama. The service could not be faulted - staff were so attentive and nothing any trouble. The meals were all very well presented. The view at night was beautiful and would be spectacular by day. I will definitely visit again before we leave. Can't recommend highly enough.
