  the instructor guide 3 of us(beginners), I was left behind for at least 5-10 mins , she didn't come back to me, I was stuck at the bottom,,,, had to struggled back by myself and to be fair, my other two friends went with the another instructor were very satisfied.

  My girlfriend and I followed the PADI Open Water course (3 days) at Paradise Diving. We got a free pickup/drop-off at/from our hotel. We were trained by Daniel and Pauline who both explained everything to detail and were both fantastic instructors.

  I spent a day with them, one dive was ok, afternoon dive was absolute crap. One dive guide speak poor English took a group of nearly 20 divers. I got a tank with 180 bar filled, told him when I hit 100 and he carried out going out, I had to signal him again when hit 60b, he still didn't ascent, I nearly had to do it on my own. Surfaced with 25b left, really bad experience!

  The employees (based on a single visit) treated the customers with little enthusiasm or respect - I got the feeling everyone was just doing their job, rather than sharing a passion. Particularly concerning was being told by a dive leader that I had all the gear to dive without a weight belt, although this was fixed when I requested appropriate weighting for the dive. The water was beautiful once we were under; the before/after interactions were frustrating at best.

  Very unvonfortable experience. The diving center was fine, well organized althougj preparation was slow and started a bit late. Boar was fine. The DM ready to help and professional. The thing was.... the owner 💀 the worst attitude I've seen in years: very bad mood, pushing everybody arround and absolutly no notion on how to treat clients. To the point of becoming offensive and disrespectull. I recommend not to dive with him at all!! There is plenty other Dive Centers, same quality and wih friendly people. Believe me.... you don't need to meet this guy!
