  Buses are kept in a really bad condition I don't know if they ever get cleaned, but our bus specifically is amazingly dirty and half broken. Sometimes some seats aren't fixed, and we have to put them in places like lego. The roof window is always broken, and it becomes a problem during the hot days, counting that air conditioning is never on. There's plenty of rubbish in the seats also. Some changes should be made, as we are paying quite a lot of money for these services.

  Worst transport service ever. Our school uses Paramount for school buses. Our bus is a disgusting, filthy and old bus making students feel very unsafe. The driver is frequently absent, and the substitutes have absolutely no idea about the routes, so they always rely on one of our students. The driver does not turn on the air conditioner inside the entire bus during summer, bullshitting that it’s a ‘punishment’ for the few immature younger students who do not keep the bus clean. Talking about cleanliness, the driver smokes a cigar every morning inside the bus, polluting the entire atmosphere inside and thus letting the kids exposed to all the horrible smell of cigar. The driver is sometimes late, by 20-30 mins, and no apologies or contact are given from the company. These problems may be an unusual case specific to our bus and driver, but I am also blaming the whole company for their lack of quality control and improvement, even though we have made several complaints directly to the company. For those of you who would like to start up a business in Malta, a transport service organization may be a great option, since this country seriously deserves a better one.

  I used Paramount for a company retreat, and though the online staff doing the booking for me couldn't have been more helpful, the drivers themselves were crass and rude. If you're running 5-10 minutes late, they call you and basically yell at you. Once, one of our drivers called and told me that "he was doing me a favor by driving us"...funny, considering I had paid 300 euros in advance for a series of 3, 10-minute drives. Use this company if you're prepared to haul-ass, and are willing to be considerate of the bus drivers who apparently have more important things to do than driving buses. :/
