BE CAREFUL with this HOTEL!!! I book it before 2 weeks and they CANCELED it at the STAY DAY! We come to hotel and they said: it’s canceled!!! So what to do?? It should be our Valentines day at this hotel! And it was to late to find something else. The hotel was full I think they give our room to other people who paid more!! I travel a lot and it first time to heppen like this!!!

Rooms are clean and comfortable although a little basic. Curtains onto the balcony smell of cigarettes. Plug sockets are very limited and fiddly to use. I suspect foreign visitors with European 2 pin plugs gave formed them into the UK style 3 pin plug sockets. As a result you have to wiggle the plug around until you manage to get a connection.

Good location. Close to public transport and restaurants. Breakfast was Fab, quite impressed actually. Composed of hot and cold dishes buffet style, with constant refills. Nothing was too great for the smiling waitresses. Swimming pool was a bit small but there was another on the roof top which I didn't use due to weather. The gym room was staffed and equipment OK. There was a tourist desk for tickets to see places and they were quite helpful in directions or advising on things to do. Room cleaned daily. I certainly recommend this hotel only downside is no free Wi-Fi, only available in the lobby. Costs Β£8 for a week.

Would only give this place a 2 star as it is badly in need of a refurb. The food was ok if you like salad and continental breakfast. Dinner was suppose to be a buffet yet there was a lady there serving you. Her portions left a lot to be desired. The majority of staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely little Italian cafe in foyer. The people there were very friendly and it is cheaper for beers and coffee etc than bar in hotel.

Love this place. It is in a great location Marisa and all of her staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food is very good and the Restaurant Manager , a really nice Turkish Man called Berdan has done an amazing job in ensuring quality food and drinks are available at all times. I am here now and will certainly come back in March for more of this .
