  what is this that i am hearing ? telemedicine clinic , in malta , of all places ? i am very very surprised to hear that. i wonder what the wise old doctors at university of malta medical school teaching hospital will say about that matter ? is malta advanced enough for that kind of internet robotic doctor experimentation ? even over here in italy , there are so many doctors who have tried and failed concerning it. any way, thank you (most reverend) doctor Joey for the interfaith religious male circumcision which you successfully performed a few years ago. your timely intervention stopped us travelling back to africa to do it. a lot of italians would like to come to malta to have theirs done too. world health organization (w.h.) now says that having it done partially protects against hiv , aids , std , cancer and other nasty problems. so you are doing a good job. your procedure is amazing and neat. there were no complications whatsoever. no bleeding. no pain. no trouble. everything is working fine. your surgical technique is remarkable , and there was no crying or kicking or screaming. meanwhile my wife has just had another boy. insha allah we will soon be coming from italy again to see you again in malta , face to face. i do not think that technology will ever allow such surgical religious things like religious male circumcision to ever be done over internet ! sorry for this 'too long' review. thank you and please keep up the good interfaith work , even though you have not yet built a befitting multifaith cathedral in malta yet. islam and christianity should be friends , not enemies. yours interfaithfully , alhaji musa and alhaja fatima , of italy. plus including all of our very happy children

  This hardworking doctor named Joey genuinely has his reasons for only seeing patients by appointment. He also clearly states that you must phone him before coming. Anyone who does not comply , obviously has some sort of political agenda on their mind , especially if they then show up with crocodile tears and begin distributing lone stars on google ; without even booking an appointment at all. Always use his TELEMEDICINE SERVICES first , before showing up , as the service is cheap , safe and effective. We have known him for many years , and it appears that he now permanently wants to move away St Paul's Bay because of the very poor security situation there. His Ultrasound Scanners , Respirators , Minor Surgery Kits , ECG Machines , Oxygen Generators, Defibrillators , Intensive Care Monitors , Musculoskeletal Therapy Devices , Humidifiers , Gadgets and other expensive items were all stolen some time back , together with lots of other expensive equipment too. The heartless Thieves even pinched his Stethoscopes , Blood Pressure Monitors , Porcelain Coffee Cups , Toasted Bagels and British Marmalade too So he should not be blamed for pulling up the Drawbridge because of such Robberies. Theft , Burglary and Armed Robbery are very big problems for all Clinics and Pharmacies in Malta. Sadly , the police do not seem to care about these shocking happenings. Medical Doctors and Pharmacists urgently need much more security and protection throughout the whole of the Maltese Islands.

  I really like this very polite Doctor called Joey. He always does a good (and thorough) job , provided that you are lucky enough to see him. The sad part of it all is that malta does not realize why he is so popular all over the world , and why he is so much in demand. Unlike many other doctors , he actually COMMUNICATES with you , even if it means spending lots of hours LISTENING TO YOU. That being said , I always wondered why he only saw patients by appointment. It was only a few days ago that i heard of his telemedicine clinic. I can now understand exactly what he does , and precisely how he does it. This doctor is an absolute genius. Everything is done over the internet. Most of the prescription medication which he recommends is already somewhere in your medicines cabinet at home. He always asks you what you have in your closet (medicines closet , that is - not the other one). Anything else can be got from the local pharmacies. He hardly ever prescribes anything major. Almost everything is either herbal or natural or OTC. I think that he must also have some sort of extra clinical background in public health or preventive medicine , as he always tries to reduce what you are taking , instead of adding more chemical prescriptions to the chaos. He even refers you to other doctors over the internet too. I am not being racist , but he may have previously worked in some poorer countries where WASTAGE is not an option. Malta should learn from him. No wonder that he is still at the Top , after all these years ; even though he frequently gets 'told off' (from time to time) by those who are not allowed to see him , whenever they (pompously) show up without an official appointment.

  Congratulations , Doctor Joey ! I hear that you have started a Telemedicine Clinic. Remember me ? I was the person with the 2 decaying diabetic feet which the surgeons wanted to cut off. Your natural medicine helped me very well - although (like you said) it did happen gradually. Both of my legs are now better. I can now walk with 2 crutches. No more wheelchairs for me. Thank you.

  We wanted to go here but they were closed. Asked around and apparently they haven been gone for over a year. So don't waste your tile and ho somewhere else
