  Reneged on delivery: I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet from Ron Fleur via their mobile site on the Saturday before Mother’s Day. The order went thru okay but on the morning of Mother’s Day they sent me an email to say that I had ordered too late and they couldn’t make the delivery until Monday. Obviously this was not acceptable so I emailed immediately to say that their website gave no indication or warning that my order may be delivered late and asked them to please do their utmost to make a Sunday delivery. They then replied with a link to their site to say there was a deadline on orders but on clicking the link I can categorically state there was no warning and I even emailed a screenshot directly back to Ron Fleur to show that they had not posted a deadline/warning. Then someone from Ron Fleur called me up to check if I wanted to cancel the order or proceed with the delivery on Monday. At this point I was disappointed but was prepared to accept a Monday delivery however the phone call took a very negative turn as they basically did not believe what I was saying about the non-posted deadline and were generally very condescending. Consequently I cancelled my order as I’m not prepared to give a cent of my money to companies that treat their customers like this. Now I just need to call my mother and explain.....

  I'm delighted with the flowers and the added box of chocolates are an extra special treat.i rang from Ireland , and it was a delight to speak to Ronnie, he listened to me, and made a moment special for my daughter, just like he promised.   A+++ I live in the States and rely Ron -Fleur Florist to do all my floral arrangements for my family in Malta. I have been a client for several years now and am always told that the flower arrangements are beautiful. Online ordering is easy and safe as I pay through PayPal. The staff are always professional, give constant updates on my order and deliver on time. Will continue to be a loyal patron.
