Don't care about the student, about helping you neither who are you. Pay the f** money and swallow what they offer.

Horrendous and dangerous! I wish I could give less than one star. My instructor turns up late for lessons a lot then picks up another student sometimes 5-10 mins early and instead of using that time to give a debrief or teach maneuvers, he watches Facebook videos. He makes numerous personal calls during our lessons - one was 45 minutes of our 1 hour lesson! He grabs the steering wheel on average 3 times a lesson for no reason. As the daughter of a retired driving examiner, I know this should only ever be done in absolutely extreme cases. Once, having missed a turning on a roundabout instead of doing what a good teacher would do and ask me to go around and attempt the turning again safely, he grabbed the steering wheel at the last second, causing the car to sharply turn off, frightening me and almost causing a collision with another vehicle- and yes, he was on his phone at the time too! Whilst in the back with another student driving, I witnessed him allowing the student to answer her mobile phone and have a full 2 minute conversation!! Isn't this illegal? He also lied to me about applying for my Learner's Permit. Said he applied and after 5 months of lessons without one, I discovered that I was breaking the law so postponed my lessons until this was received. When finally received I saw the application date was a couple of days after I postponed. When I pay someone to teach me a skill, I don't expect them to be too busy on their phones for 80% of the time and then expect full payment. Rudolph are not interested in teaching people to drive, they are interested in taking your money and delaying learner's permit applications so that you cannot even move forward without them when you realise how terrible they are since they have your money for it. Incompetent, lazy, lying, money-grabbing, illegal and dangerous instructors. AVOID!
