Central, quiet, modern rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer provided. Clean well thought out rooms, spotless bathroom with shower and good size mirror. Maid service every day if required, restaurant large with outdoor seating, food plentiful and tasty catering to all tastes. Reception, restaurant and maid staff all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Bus stop outside of hotel so easy access around the island. A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location on a beautiful island.

The structure is nice, but not as much as the pictures in the website lead to think. Pics are authentic, but certainly the photographer was good and used all his art to make the place shine... Beyond its best.

Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. The breakfast wasn't that good so after the first day didn't eat there. Close to bus stop and some nearby pubs.

Excellent hotel for price. Spotlessly clean and plenty of choice for breakfast. Would recommend. Plenty of reasonably priced restaurants nearby and great location for public transport.

My boyfriend and I have never been to Malta before, but the moment we arrived we received such an incredible experience. The hotel is beautiful, the staff was exceptional and was always there to answer our queries. The hotel room had a wonderful view, was spacious and clean. The staff catered to my boyfriend on his birthday by surprising him with a bottle of red win and some apples. The food at the hotel was exquisite. There was so much variety and due to our all inclusive package we were able to enjoy the hotel to the fullest. The Carisma Spa was also a highlight for me - I received the best massage that I have ever received in my life. It put me to sleep and I felt so relaxed and at peace. The only negative is that the indoor pool and the free gym was not situated in the hotel. It wasn't that far from the hotel as it was a quick 4 min walk. However, due to convenience it would have been better to have it on site. In addition, the beds for a double room are two single beds pushed together which was a downside for me. If this wasn’t the case I would have given this hotel a 5/5. Apart from that, thank you for my wonderful experience. From Natassia Brown and Daniel Munroe
