  Love this place! Reception staff is amazing! Especially a pretty Italian lady! Love her smile! She is so friendly and polite! Peoples here everywhere so nice! Room is very clean! Also have mini bar ! We have free tea 👍🏻 Locations amazing! Close sea with a lot shopping please😊 You should come to stay here too 😘

  The good: The hotel was close to the ferry across to Valetta, and to Sliema town centre. It was clean and quiet at night, and had a beautiful view of the harbour from the rooftop cafe. The bad: The staff failed to properly refund me after they charged my family twice to book a room (due to some obscure tax purpose, I believe). I believe the error was made in good faith, but it took two weeks for the issue to be resolved, as they had refunded my money back into the wrong account. They had at the time failed to give me a proper receipt after I asked three times, and got annoyed at me for doing so. It caused me a lot of stress, and I was given no word of apology when I finally figured out the error they made.

  The room is not 12m but Maximus 10m. Daylight does not enter the 2nd floor as to the window is Our to a narrow air corridor. There is no fire staircase beyond the main staircase which does not lead the shortest path down . Cant recommend the hotel even though the room is nice.

  ry nice hotel with a wonderful, helpful staff. And good internet Very quiet, although in the center of a lively area. Lots of places to eat. Rooms are quiet and nice with a bathtub and plenty of hot water. The staff was very cooperative. I arrived a bit early and they found a room for me. I recommend this place and I will stay here again.
