  I have called the police about 5-6 times in the past few months because my neighbours have parties till 3-4am even during the week. They leave the front door to the block open so anyone can come in and people are shouting abd smoking right outside our door. The police came once, had a chat with the and left. I wonder if it was them who had work the next morning and couldn't sleep till 3am, would they still ignore them? There are laws regarding noise in residential areas but no one to enforce them...

  انا اشعر بأمان فى جزيرة مالطا الجميلة لان شعبها طيب والشرطة فيها قوية, واتمنى ان اعمل اى نشاط تجارى فيها.
