  Great hosts, great location, clean apartment with all appliances needed and everything working well. Ruth and Neville really are hosts we can recommend. They have been very friendly, responsive and helpful throughout our stay (2 1/2 months). They even arranged the airport transfer and on some occasions there has been time for a chat. So we got some more insights of Malta. We have had the studio at level 7. This is really great, you have the front terrace with the great view just like on the app and there is the back terrace with a bit more sun in winter. There are deckchairs even with covers, a barbecue and all the things for being outside. In the kitchen as well as in the bathroom you will find everything you normally may need and all things are in good order and working fine. Not to forget the location, it's right in the middle of everything. A bus stop, 3 Supermarkets, all kinds of restaurants within 500 meters. Even a church and a police station but hoping you won't need those two. We enjoyed our whole time there and coming back to Malta we will stay here again.

  This apartment has a great view of St. Julian’s bay and is well located. Ruth was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly. The apartment suited our group of 6 perfectly.

  Ruth and Neville were fantastic hosts. Flexible, helpful and the apartment was clean and spacious. They were always available (day or night) to help if there were any problems. They made the trip seamless; organising airport transfers and recommending things to do in Malta. A***!!! (Ps check out this pic of the amazing sunrise from the balcony!)

  We stayed here on a ‘short let’ for just under 3 months and it was great. Ruth was always very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The flat itself is very spacious and the master bedroom is a generous size compared to others you will see in Malta. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The views from the balcony are just amazing! Worth staying just for that! Location wise it is fantastic too. 5 minute walk from restaurants, bars and supermarket. Bus stop is about 2 minute walk and goes straight to Sliema and Valletta. Overall, very pleased with our stay. Would recommend 100%.

  This is not our first time staying in one of Ruth & Nevilles apartment and we loved our stay just as much as the first one. The apartment is huge, bright, and has everything you need. Even though we stayed there in early March, the weather was fantastic, sun every day! Plenty of restaurants/bars/shops on the doorstep. R & N left us food and drinks for our arrival which was lucky as our flight was delayed and we only got there at 3am in the morning! Our car that R & N had arranged to pick us up was waiting for us. Great service guys!
