::With a very unpleasant feeling, I am contacting you with this email because i am very unsatisfied with the service today at sportsfans diner. I organized my 5 year old sons bday party there and i totally regret it. Not to mention that all us fathers went for drinks and the bar was very well unstocked( no whiskey or bacardi availble), the service of the staff from the diner was disgrace. Drinks took ages to be served, food the same ( mind you we were the only in the restaurant at that time) , and the worst thing of all which in my opinion is a serious issue; a very unprofessional service from one of the waiters ( the eldest one) which shouted very rudely at one of his colleagues in front of 30 under 5 children. We had the intention of having lunch there but the attitude of all the staff certainly did not attract us. This service was unacceptable!!!. I will definitely not recommend the venue for a party while informing you so that maybe there will be better service. I dislike being critical but I had no option this time, as my sons bday party was the worst one organised till date, and i feel sorry for him most of all.
