    Ten out of ten.I visited to explore a lesser advertised tourist attraction.Tended by volunteers.The people you meet working here are ex pats who live in Malta who love what they do.You may meet Harry,the guy who made this whole area a labour of love.Well worth stretching the calf muscles to discover a part of the island's history most tourists probably don't know exists.I visited on a Sunday and missed all the traffic noise.The silence can be deafening,the tranquility was so so nice after so much noise.Loved the walk.The French volunteer who told me about the walk and gave me a map to help me explore explained that Harry and his helpers were worried that if Harry wasn't able to stop the building of hotels on the hill the history could disappear under concrete.The volunteers want you to visit.Enjoy it.

    Lovely area for a walk with some fascinating historical constructions and amazing views over this area of Malta. Consider camping out our having a barbecue in the summer

    Spent a lovely morning walking along the heritage trail. A real mix of interesting things to see. My only criticism would be that we found it more difficult to know which way to go towards the end, and may have missed a few points? Would recommend.

    I thoroughly enjoyed this trek. You get to see some old roman dwellings carved in the hills, an old grave dug in stone, beehives... It was very peaceful when we went in early February, I imagine it would be a great spot for a picnic 8n warmer weather.

    This is an excellent heritage walk, apparently begun as a school project. It leads you up a roman road, past an ancient roman apiary, 1 000 year old carob tree, tombs, roman baths built into the side of a cliff and yet more of the famous ancient cart ruts. Generally well marked, with good information signs at each point of interest. Well worth an hour of your time.
