  Zeer professionele duikschool met uitgebreide kennis van zaken. Niet alleen voor recreatieve duikers maar ook voor technische duikers een aanrader.

  I recently had the immense pleasure of taking JJ CCR Normixic course with Alan Whitehead at Techwise. The first thing you notice at Techwise, is the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff. If at any time look like you might need help: Viv, Sarah, Howard, Steve, Stephen, Lee or one of the others is ready to offer their help and assist - often before you even ask. You always feel welcome and taken care of. What first struck me about Alan Whitehead was the enormous practical knowledge he possesses. His "common sense" approach to diving that makes everything he tells you or show you, directly relevant to the things we do. No shortcuts and kept super simple. It is clear that what he brings forth, is rooted in proven methods and experience from 1000's of dives and he teaches what he dives, and dives what he teaches. Similarly, his vast knowledge is presented with the same "common sense" approach that makes everything you learn immediately connected to the reason why you choose to take your courses at Techwise: You want to become a better diver by learning from people that dive what they teach on a daily basis. Alan takes his teaching seriously and lays no punches: What he sees, he addressed, with an approach that shows you how to improve. I didn't know what to expect when I came, but left with far more than I hoped for, in ways not only directly connected to the course, but also in ways that has made me a better diver on a larger scale, and lots of inspiration on what, and how to improve. When we were guided on our dives, we were all impressed with all the angles we were shown on the individual wrecks. We know that the wrecks are dived often, but when the guide takes the time to not only run the usual routes - which one experiences in many places - but at each dive shows new places, new ways to attack the dive, it reflects not only experience from Techwise side, but also a desire to share the joy of diving, and make sure that we - the ones using Techwise - get the full benefit of the experiences offered. I will at all times recommend Techwise, for their dedication, skills and knowledge in their courses, for their enthusiasm, joy and experience in their approach to us who dive with them and for their understanding on how to share the experiences Malta can offer us.   First of all 5 stars just wouldn't do so here is the additional star the y deserve * Just spent a week in St. Julian Malta at Techwise getting to know my rebreather some more and visit some wrecks. I have to say what a high standard they keep from gas blenders to boat captains and guide and instructors to the counter. The staff treats you very well and are friendly and always ready to lend a hand or give you some advice. I could go on and on and on... but that might leave me with no more words to the next review because I am going back next year and if someone is thinking of going to Malta for a dive trip or just a single guided dive Techwise is the place to go.   Professionali. L'unico difetto è la scarsa conoscenza dell'Italiano ma hanno risolto con una guida italiana. (sperando che resti...). Per l'albergo sono stato all'Argento che ha personale italiano, è vicinissimo al diving e in zona molto bella e turistica ma in una viuzza silenziosa.
