  Ok room but the food here is absolutely awful, wouldnt recommend staying here all inclusive maybe self catering next time as there are plenty of places to eat near by

  Good location in Bugibba, close to the beach. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Close to the bus station. Helpful, friendly staff. Two swimming pools, outdoor with a bar and indoor, albeit water could be warmer. The food at hotel restaurant was average at most, while some meals were awful. The room was OK, but with some flaws. Instead of double bed, there were two single, with slightly different heights. The room featured a small balcony. There was also a free Wi-Fi and a bath. But the worst experience were the other guests slamming the door at night and early in the morning. Each day we were woken up between 5 and 6 o'clock. I don't complain, as it is not the hotel's fault, but ordinary tourists and workers (not the hotel staff) with lack of basic etiquette. Despite all these inconvinienes, I still recommend this hotel, especially for travellers which don't waste time lounging in hotel SPA.

  My boyfriend and I booked a monolocal for one week in the middle of august. Good position to visit the main places of interest of Malta. We did not pay a big amount for a week so we didn't expect to find sparks fly. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made us feel confortable. The monolocal we booked was big, the problem was that it was sleazy and a bit dirty. The forniture was old and we had to buy tools to live in, like paper towels, detergent for dishes, rags for cleaning, pots were old and dirty, there was not a broom and a blade, no clotheshorse, etc. towels and bed sheets were a bit dirty. we were ready to find cockroaches but we did not encounter any. the wifi zone was only available in the swimming pool area and in the hall, inside the rooms you have to pay to get it. Two words: friendly but dirty. OK for young couples with no big expectations.

  It is modern, clean, offers good food at reasonable prices and the staff are very friendly.

  Cockroach infested hotel. we stayed in 3 different rooms during our stay. the first 2 rooms were horrible, cockroaches were running around in the kitchen and the living room area so we had to ask them to move us to a better room.. the 3rd one was OK, we didn’t see any cockroach until the last day of our stay.. It’s a budget hotel so we didn’t expect too much but didn’t think we will see so many cockroaches.. If you don’t care about cockroaches then you would probably have a comfortable stay.
