  Food was good and staff is mostly helpful. I used to prefer it though when one visited at 5:00, he would find wraps, sandwitches etc. After days work, a snack would be brilliant.

  We've been to The Greenhouse with the family, Staff was very nice and the food was amazing. The kids really loved the kids area. We'll definitely go again

  Reasonably priced but inconsistent This is more of a supermarket cafeteria than a restaurant. Prices are on the average side, however food and service are both extremely inconsistent. Some of the employees are helpful and friendly while others are abrupt at best. Food quality is also inconsistent. To cite two examples, I bought their Parmigiana on a number of occasions. Sometimes it's really good, but on other occasions, it is drenched in oil. On one particular occasion, there was more oil on the plate than they had on the supermarket shelves! The pizza quality is also inconsistent. Sometimes it is light and fluffy, while on other occasions it is quite heavy. I also find it irritating that despite my request for extra basil on the Margherita pizza, they seem to find it difficult to give me more than 2-3 leaves! My rating varies from a 2* to a 4*....hence I settled for a 3*!

  It's a shame because i think the food and coffee is good...but the service is AWFUL. A few times i have gone in for coffee and stood at the bar waiting to be served (I'm the only customer at this point). The 2 staff behind the bar don't make eye contact, they chat among themselves and ignore me....i start to wonder if they have noticed me (im right in front of them). Another staff member walks in and shouts "1 espresso please" they smile and begin making an espresso. I lend forward and say "excuse me, i was here first, pleased can i have a cuppucino" the staff behind the bar looks as if i have committed some kind of crime and starts stroppily making my drink. I give her money, she places my change on the counter and looks away without a word (apart from the Italian she was speaking to her colleagues). This didn't only happen once. I think your staff need some training in customer service.
