  I wanted to rent an apartment and was 'lucky' enough to deal with this agency. There were a few issues in the apartment: small cracks on the wall, broken handles in the bathroom, a light bulb was missing. Not a big deal, but agents promised to fix everything before I move-in. They didn't. I contacted agency every week since i moved and asked for help or explanations. They were giving me excuses to avoid the job or even ignored my messages sometimes. It took me 2 months to finally get everything fixed. The worst experience I ever had with estate agency.
